Amy McClung, LPC, LMFT, Mental Health Therapist, Owner
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Oregon and Washington with over 15 years experience.
I specialize in individual therapy working with young adults and women. I feel honored to walk along side individuals in their unique journey’s. I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Western Washington University, A Master’s of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from George Fox University, and a Master’s of Science Degree in Drug and Alcohol Studies from The University of Glasgow.
I have worked extensively with young adults and women in the United States as well as Internationally. I have worked in a wide array of settings such as public schools, private settings, outpatient, and residential treatment before starting my own practice.
I believe in working with the whole person to help discover their full potential in this world, and embrace their authentic self, free from the pain and turmoil they hold inside. I do not believe in a one size fits all approach to therapy, but believe in meeting each person where they are in their journey and incorporating a variety of evidence based techniques to meet each client’s unique needs.
I believe my most powerful tool I can bring to therapy is myself. I have a warm, nurturing, compassionate presence that creates a space for exploration, emotional expression, and learning new ways of being.
My goal is to always create an environment where people feel safe enough to explore what is holding them back in this life. I value the therapeutic relationship and seek to help my clients find inner happiness and healing.
I value the amazing healing powers of listening, but also take a direct approach with my clients leading them to a happier and healthier way of functioning. I believe in the innate strength of each individual and their ability for healing.
I feel honored to be a part of the therapeutic process of each individual that walks into my doors.

Maybe you feel stuck in old habits, or you’re unsure of where to start. If you’re looking to create meaningful connections, heal old wounds, or rediscover intimacy.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in understanding. I draw from methods like narrative, EFT, and IFS to help you break through barriers and create lasting, positive changes in your relationships and life.
You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore any obstacles and work through them at your own pace. Together, we can create a plan to move towards healing. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and couples I specialize in anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relational issues, family of origin issues, and trauma.

Hannah Oliver, MSW, Clinical Social Work Associate
I am a Clinical Social Work Associate with a variety of experience. I have worked in a variety of settings such as outpatient mental health therapy, substance abuse and suicide treatment, and early intervention supports for children and parents. I have supported individuals facing housing and income insecurity through a range of mental health challenges.
I received my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Syracuse University where I graduated with honors. I bring a warm and friendly personality to therapy utilizing humor when appropriate. While the therapy journey can be challenging at times, it can also be joyful and fun. I strive to create a friendly warm space where you can talk about your experiences without fear of judgement or criticism. My goal is to support you towards the life you want.
My therapeutic practice is client-centered, meaning I tailor our work together to your unique goals, preferences, and needs. Whether you want to process past experiences or navigate current life stressors, I am committed to supporting you every step of the way. I also use a strengths-based approach and variety of techniques including talk, somatic (body-connection), art and experiential therapies.
I work with clients on a wide array of concerns, including trauma, attachment injuries, anxiety, depression, grief, body image, self-esteem, and life transitions. I recognize the profound impact that systems of oppression – such as racism, homophobia, transphobia, and misogyny – have on mental health and daily life. I am passionate about supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community as they navigate family dynamics, gender transition, identity integration, and self-acceptance.
I strive to create a space where all my clients, regardless of background, feel safe, accepted, and empowered to heal and thrive. The opportunity to travel life’s challenges and joys alongside clients is the greatest honor. I look forward to hearing your story and learning how best I can get you to where you want to go.
