I am passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, and women. I feel honored to walk along side individuals and families in their unique journey’s during this time of life.
I believe in working with the whole person to help them discover their full potential in this world and embrace their authentic self free from the pain and turmoil they hold inside. I do not believe in a one size fits all approach to therapy, but believe in meeting each person where they are at in their journey and incorporating a variety of evidence based techniques to meet each client’s unique needs.
I believe my most powerful tool I can bring to therapy is myself. I have a warm, nurturing, compassionate presence that creates a space for exploration, emotional expression, and learning new ways of being. I believe humor and playfulness are important parts of healing and growth just as much as being serious when needed. I believe therapy should not be a scary process but a process of growth and renewal, a process of exploration and self discovery. My goal is to always create an environment where people feel safe enough to explore what is holding them back in this life.
I value the therapeutic relationship and seek to help my clients find inner happiness and healing. I value the amazing healing powers of listening but also take a direct approach with my clients leading them to a happier and healthier way of functioning. I believe in the innate strength of each individual and family and their ability for healing. I feel honored to be a part of the therapeutic process of each individual and family that walks into my doors.
